All prescription weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Prescriptions are issued only following a satisfactory online clinical assessment.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation before any prescription is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a prescription or request further information where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid solely for the medication and quantity stated and cannot be transferred to other pharmacies without our agreement.

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet postal service to your confirmed UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy law. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
